Rich fixed up my 2004 Ford F150 Lariat. I couldn’t believe that my charcoal canister had a huge EVAP leak/large hole in it. He gave an honest quote and and did a fantastic job. He does way more than just muffler work! Truck is running like a brand new vehicle, has over 160,000 miles! I do still need to take my 2005 c6 corvette to him for exhaust work.

Honest, hard-working and straightforward mechanics are a valuable find, and then to reveal one such a this jeopardizes being able to get through the door again for your next service. If that happens, it will still be worth the wait. Keep your older, passed-to-the-kids vehicle or vintage classic in good running condition, from regular maintenance to major repairs, for many years. It's not a glitzy, polished dealership with glitzy, polished reps going after your money and then assaultng you with multiple surveys for a five star review. Rich is the real deal.  This is the second vehicle I have taken to him.  The first was a 2010 Camaro SS as the second a 2015 GMC Sierra pickup.  Each time he has listened to what I was looking to achieve and then suggest multiple ways to get there.  His knowledge, attention to detail, and customer service will bringing me back anytime I need an exhaust system put on a vehicle.

Rich is the best mechanic around bar none.  An honest man who does not BS with you or your car.  He tells you up front what you are needing, what can wait, and gives great advice.  He will also tell you how busy he is so you can decide whether you want to wait or not.  I would not trust anyone else with my vehicles but him.

Rich installed dual exhaust on my 2000 GMC back in 2007 (13 years ago).  Recently a weld had broken loose which created a rattle.  Rich repaired the weld and did not charge me, he said "welds are lifetime warrantied as long as you own the vehicle"...  Rich stands behind his work!  Thank you sir!

Rich knows his stuff and Borla'd (straight thru mufflers) my wife's Mustang which we love.
I came into his shop and he set me straight with my ideas and gave us exactly what we were looking for without the extra stuff ( new pipes) I thought I needed.  Then put some cool extras on like black carbon fiber tips.  Splash!
Bottom line is Rich saved us about $700 that and an uneducated consumer like me would have spent at another shop.  Fair man great product.
